100ml Sterile Sampling Bottle: It is mainly used for the determination of water samples of coliform bacteria by enzyme substrate method. This bottle is a product designed for use with 51-hole or 97-hole quantitative detection plates, colitech enzyme substrate reagents, and program-controlled quantitative sealers.
According to instructions, 100ml water samples are accurately measured with the aseptic sampling bottle. Reagents are dissolved in the quantitative detection plate, then sealed with a program-controlled quantitative sealing machine and cultured for approximately 24 hours. Following incubation, positive cells are counted and the MPN table is used to calculate the concentration value in the water sample.
Each box contains 200 units of 100ml sterile sampling/quantitative bottles.
Note: The bottle contains sodium thiosulfate for sampling water samples with residual chlorine. No sodium thiosulfate is used for sampling without residual chlorine.
Each batch of 100ml aseptic sampling bottles is sterilized before leaving the factory. The product remains valid for 1 year from the date of sterilization.
