Biaxially oriented polyamide (BOPA) film (referred to as Nylon film) meets nearly all expectations of modern and future first-class applications, whether food or non-food.
BOPA films have magnificent qualities of anti-pull and anti-puncture, flexibility, strike endurance, anti-wear, flavor or smell separation, transparency, luster and printability and wide range of temperature choices, etc.
BOPA film is used for the packaging of sensible frozen and cooked foods, pickled vegetables, agricultural and aquatic products or distilled goods packaging. Other main applications are in the medical sector: blood bottles, infusion bags etc. BOPA film is also used for electrical industrial materials packaging and for some "exotic" applications like so-called "designer-balloons".
Founded in 2013, the focus is on the research, development, production, and sales of flexible packing film substrates. With multiple production bases and R&D centers, the facility ranks among the top film factories, offering a comprehensive series of BOPP films.
Mainstream products include BOPP, stretch films, and shrink films, featuring heat-sealable, printing, lamination, adhesive tape, matt, metallized, anti-fog, and bio-degradable properties. These products are exported to more than 80 countries and are preferred for food packaging, medical supplies, and electronic product protection.
The facility maintains a high-level R&D and marketing team, collaborating with prestigious universities to ensure technology remains at the industry forefront. Operations strictly implement the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system to ensure consistent product excellence.
