Hygienic (sanitary) pigging system
Our hygienic automatic pigging system/pigging recovery system features a modular design, ensuring easy integration into liquid processing pipelines. The main components include a launcher, pig stopper, a receiver, and a pig.
Suitable for applications in food, beverage, dairy, chocolate, candy, cosmetics, shampoo, paint and coating, cleaning agent, Lithium battery and other industries.
Hygienic Pipeline Piggable-Tee Intermediate Stopper
The piggable-tee intermediate stopper features three ports. The main pipeline allows the pig to pass through, while the branch outlet is equipped with a barrier to prevent pig blockage. This ensures smooth pig passage along the main line and enables liquid recovery to designated targets.
Unlike piggable ball valves, intermediate stopping stations provide a higher level of sanitation and prevent the contamination of products by preventing air from entering bypass lines during pigging.
