1. The medical waste emergency disposal project is designed to load medical waste into specialized sterilization vehicles, which enter a high-temperature steam treatment pot. After sterilization, the waste is crushed, destroying its shape and converting it into ordinary municipal waste suitable for landfill.
2. The system utilizes a pre-vacuum process to remove non-condensable gases and achieve bag-breaking effects. A post-vacuum process cools and dries the waste, physically reducing odors and ensuring safe disposal.
The complete high-pressure sterilization system includes: Sterilizer body (tank, instruments, sealing doors), 2 transfer carts, air compressor, water softener, electric steam generator, induced draft fan, photo-oxidation equipment, pipeline circulation pump, and PLC electrical control cabinet.
