The compact medical waste microwave sterilization and disinfection integrated machine utilizes microwave irradiation and saturated steam for synergistic disinfection. Its fundamental principle involves the heat conduction of steam, the thermal effect of microwaves, and the biological action of microwaves to kill microorganisms. Microwaves alter the electron and ion density around the cell membrane, changing its permeability and effectively eliminating bacteria. From a biochemical perspective, microwave energy causes the relaxation and breaking of hydrogen bonds in RNA and DNA, inducing genetic aberrations that stop reproduction.
1. Loading & Shredding: Medical waste is loaded into the sterilization chamber and shredded into flocculent particles by high-speed rotating blades.
2. Sterilization: High-temperature steam is injected while an external microwave generator irradiates the waste. The synergy of microwaves and steam ensures rapid heating and thorough sterilization.
3. Exhaust Gas Treatment: Gases are treated through a negative pressure system including primary filtration, high-efficiency filtration, activated carbon filtration, and UV photolysis to meet regulatory emission standards.
